In sommige gevallen heeft een gebruiker een verkeerde of andere naam ingevuld. Als de gebruiker dan een certificaat krijgt, wilt hij of zij de nieuwe naam gebruiken.
Op dit moment is dat niet mogelijk. Je kunt niet het certificaat opnieuw versturen met de bijgewerkte gegevens. Dat zou wel wenselijk zijn.
De huidige workaround is om een nieuw product te maken, nieuw certificaat en de certificaat hier verzenden naar de gebruiker.

Thank you for the explanation, but I don't think the current workaround is practical for platforms that issue certifications at scale.
Creating an entirely new Level 1 course and certificate every time a student needs their name corrected is not a realistic solution. Name corrections are a common support request, whether due to spelling mistakes, legal name changes, or users simply entering the wrong information during registration.
There should be a way for an administrator to:
Update the user's name.
Reissue or resend the existing certificate using the updated information.
Preserve the original course completion and completion date without requiring duplicate products or certificates.
For organizations with thousands of students, creating duplicate courses or products for each certificate correction would create unnecessary administrative overhead and make certificate management extremely difficult.
I would consider this an essential feature for any learning management system that offers certifications. Please add this as a feature request or let me know if it's already on the roadmap, as it would significantly improve the usability of the certification system.
